NCSHPO Strategic Plan and 2007 Work Plan

In conjunction with the 2006 Summer Board of Directors Meeting, the NCSHPO Board undertook a 3-year strategic planning process. Prior to the meeting, a survey was conducted which assisted the Board in the planning process.

The NCSHPO adopted their 3 year strategic plan at the Fall Board of Directors Meeting on October 31, 2006. At that time, the 2007 work plan was also adopted.
