NCSHPO Strategic Plan

In conjunction with the 2009 Winter Board of Directors Meeting in Nashville, TN, the NCSHPO Board undertook a 3-year strategic planning process. Prior to the meeting, a survey was conducted which assisted the Board in the planning process.

The NCSHPO Executive Committee, as charged by the Board of Directors, adopted their 3 year strategic plan at the January Executive Committee Meeting on, January 14, 2010.
